I need to get a Wi-Fi extender but can't find the WPS button on the Arris surfboard g34

    Hi thmsdwlt,

    Your G34 does have a WPS push-button function on the web interface. You can get there by going to 192.168.0.1 and logging in.

    After you've logged in, go to the menu and select "Connection." Then tap on "Wi-Fi," where you can see the WPS option.

    what wifi extender did you get? 

    Reason I ask is I’ve seen issues with setup when using wps (occasionally). 

    Most extenders have a built in installation assistant you can use that sometimes works better for setup. 

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
