New to this community but I see I’m not the only one having this issue.

Brand new G34 bought today and my Xbox one can’t connect to it.

Phone, laptop, table all connect just fine.

Is it an xbox issue or a modem issue.

I’ve already done the restart, enable UPnP on the web manager and nothing has worked so far.

Gonna try a wired connection and if that doesn’t work, I’m returning it.

What wireless security option do you have selected?

Did you contact xbox for troubleshooting tips? Whenever everything EXCEPT for one device, won’t connect, it tends to be an issue with the device.

Set my security to WPA2.

Didn’t work.

Bought ethernet cable and connected directly to modem, instant fix.

NAT Type: Open

All services available on xbox.

I would suggest port forwarding to connect the Xbox through wifi.
