G36 and Xfinity - Having intermittent internet connection

Got my G36 up on X-finity only to have it intermittent loss of internet connection.

Reading the threads it looks like this is an ongoing issue with G34 - 36 for over a year. Reverted back to my older Arris, plan on returning my G36, and research if Netgear has same issues.

No problem at all. Since you're experiencing an intermittent internet connection, could you confirm whether the issue occurs on a wired connection, a wireless connection, or both?

Intermittent connectivity issues are often caused by weak signal strength or Wi-Fi interference. However, if the problem affects both wired and wireless connections, I recommend checking your cable signal levels to ensure they are within the proper range.
