I have Xfinity and recently bought a G36 modem. It is sluggish, and sometimes the internet stops altogether. Some days I have to power it down 2 or 3 times just to get decent internet speed. Is ther a fix, or is this just a lemon?

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream info) and the logs? those help check the coax connection.
I am not a techie so I don’t have a clue where to find those things.
