Hello, I recently purchased an Arris G36 surfboard ax3000. Then I realized I wanted a mesh system in my house. 
 

My question: what is the most economical way to do this? 
 

Do I purchase two W31 mesh routers in addition to the arris g36? 
 

Do I still need the arris g36?

Is there a better system to purchase? I have a couple kids  and it seems like they are always on YouTube and iPads. We aren’t big gamers (yet).

The G36 is a gateway that works with all brand routers, and the W31 is also compatible with the G36. You can connect the W31 to the G36 for improved signal strength, and you can also use the G36 solely as a gateway to enhance your Wi-Fi connection.
