Bought a G36 and after 60 mins of my ISP support, it doesn’t work, won’t provision.
Calling Support (Edited private information) or (Edited private information) FAILED. A couple of rings, then the call dropped with both numbers. I’m sick and tired of companies being INaccessible.
I will NEVER buy anything ARRIS again. No support available. Life isn’t M-F for network or hardware issues. They will hear from me tomorrow via chat and it’s not going to be fun AFTER the first 30 minutes. I’ve had this G36 for 1 year AND JUST CONNECTED IT TODAY. I travel with my job 9 months out of the year and it’s out of warranty as of July, 2025. Since it was never going to work to begin with, it seems that ARRIS owes me $. I have a newsflash for ARRIS who says on their website that they stand behind their products!
