Hello I purchased the gateway G36 approximately 10 days ago. When attempting to link my Sony bravia tv it says cannot find also it will not link with my up with my Wyze smart plugs and my Wyze v2 cameras

Just bought the arris G36 gateway last week, having trouble linking and discovering my Sony Bravia smart tvmy Wyze plugs, my Wyze V2 cameras and my google home speaker I originally had a net gear gateway but it stopped working after 11 months

Are you using wpa3 security? If so, if there’s a mixed wpa2/wpa3 mode, try that. Otherwise try wpa2.
Another thing is to avoid special characters/spaces in the SSID or password. Some device have issues with those.
