My G36 is 1,500 miles away. The cellphone that had the Surfboard app on it went swimming. I have a new phone. Is there a way to re-establish admin control without going to the G36’s location?

Remote management is not supported for this model. To access the gateway’s interface page, you must be physically near the device and connected directly to its network.
