My G36 over the last few days has been constantly disconnecting and apparently shutting off entirely every 20 minutes or so. The blue light goes off and I have to unplug, wait, and plug back in for it to work again. This only works for 20 minutes or so and then it happens all over again. It's happening totally out of the blue, everything was fine until a few days ago. I haven't moved the unit, it hasn't gotten knocked over or damaged at all, and I'm at a loss

Please try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter. This will help us isolate the issue and determine the next steps to move forward.
