About once a week, my G36 resets the Primary Home wifi password to a 12 digit number.
The admin, secondary home, and guest passwords, as well as all other settings do not change. Only the Primary Home wifi password changes.
What could be causing this and/or what can I do to help track down the culprit?

We understand that your Primary Home Wi-Fi password resets to a 12 digit number and the other networks remains the same .
Please check if the 12 digit number on your Primary Home Wi-Fi password is the default password so its possible only if a Reset is done on the G36.
We can try doing a Factory Reset on the modem and customize the Wi-Name and Password
