I have a new G26 modem. All hooked up. Light is flashing blue. Everything  at internet provider is ok but it won’t connect

what won’t connect? 

You can’t connect to wifi? 

You can’t access the internet? 

are you able to log into the router? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
