G36 Slow Internet Speed on Spectrum 600mbps service

I’m looking for a solution to this problem:

With a 1gb ethernet harwired connection to the G36 router/modem the maximum speed observed on a 600mbps Spectrum account is 150mbps download/20mbps upload.

The G36 has been provisioned by Spectrum 4 times.  Spectrum techs have been onsite and verified the integrity of the coax services up to the modem.

what device are you testing on? 

You said its hardwired in?
Have you checked on a different speedtest site? 

Have you tried a different device? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
