G36 Surfboard - Intermittent internet connection due to latency issue.

Question

My internet has bad latency issues. I have the G36 in just Modem mode. I have an Orbi router and satellite along with a Tether in the garage to try and boost the range. It skips when the kids plays games on the XBox and phones drop or lose connection when link to the home WiFi. I am not tech savvy. I have narrowed it down to Cox internet or the Arris. I am hardwired to arris for the upstairs Xbox but there is till latency issues. It is a problem. The boosters are on in green. I have reset everything. It works for about 15 minutes when a device connects then it has the same issues

G36 is a gateway combination of modem and router. Since you have separate router to the modem just to confirm

Are you using G36 wifi network and also the Orbi router wifi network?

Have you enabled bridge modem on G36 unit?

The devices which are having issue are connected to which wifi network?
