Hello All,

I have a question regarding my modem, I am looking to move away from xfinity and looking at home 5g from the big three, I see where the Verizon cube has a pass through that must be enabled, my question is, how do I connect the Ethernet from Verizon to Arris since this is a cable modem? Is the Ethernet to coax adapter a real thing?

Thanks.

Hello joee

G36 is a gateway which is the combination of modem and router and regarding modem activation with Verizon using ethernet to coax adaptor is not possible but you can confirm this with your Internet service provider for right details.
