First:  I have read all the related topics.  None help.

My password is stored on my Bitwarden password manager and has not changed.  However, now when I try to log on, it waits a couple seconds and then displays a message saying “Please log on first...etc.”.

I tried typing it in instead of using autofill, and that made no difference.

Also, the Surfboard iPhone app stopped letting me access it also.

We recommend accessing the web interface using a different browser and clearing your cookies and cache, as this often resolves login issues.

During the initial setup, you’ll be prompted to create a password for accessing the web interface. If you’ve set up the Surfboard Central app, it will generate the password automatically for you

To retrieve the password for the web interface through the Surfboard Central app, please can refer to the following link.

If the app has been set up correctly, we recommend signing in to the app.

If you’ve been using the web interface to configure your Surfboard gateway and happen to forget the password, We would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. This will restore the gateway to its default settings, allowing you to set a new password for the web interface.

I was able to regain access through the web interface by clearing cache and cookies...HOWEVER:

It worked for about a week, and now it’s back to doing what it did before.  I’m not clearing my cache and cookies again.

I still cannot get the Surfboard Central app to work, as it only allows access using the “admin” user-id and will not accept any password I have ever used with that ID.  It will not let me replace “admin” with my email address, which is what the web interface uses.
