I know this has been reported by others, but I am unable to see what the solution was.
The G36 Web portal interface is extremely slow to log in and respond to switching menus or making changes, it often comes back with “Connection to Gateway Lost”. The modem is connected to the Cable provider (Spectrum) and internet speed is not a problem. I am unable to use the Mobile app because when I try to log in, it reboots he modem. The modem has been factory reset numerous times but the slow login / management is still a problem. I have tried both wired as well as wireless, different devices and different browsers but all have the slow responsiveness.
