I set up our Wifi Guest account using the Surfboard app.  All details look correct on the app, but the name of the Wifi guest account does not appear in the list of available networks.   I’ve tried several times to connect devices to the guest Wifi for a few weeks, but the guest network name never appears.  What can I do?

Please ensure that the Guest Networks feature is enabled in the SURFboard Central app. If it is already enabled, try disabling it temporarily, then restart your G36 gateway. Once the gateway displays a solid blue LED light, force close the app and reopen it. After that, try enabling the Guest Network feature again.

For your reference, you can find more details on how to manage Guest Wi-Fi settings using the SURFboard Central app at the link below:

Also there is an alternative way to enalbe the guest network, you can login to the gateway’s interface page and by naviagting to teh netwrork settings you can enalbe them

Alternatively, you can enable the Guest Network feature by logging into the G36 gateway’s web interface. Once logged in, navigate to the Network Settings section, where you’ll find the option to enable Guest Networks manually.
