I just purchased this G36 modem/router today and installed it. Went through all the nonsense on the app and on internet providers site. It worked for maybe 10 minutes and stopped. The app says it is offline, the light is flashing blue and devices are or were still connected to it via WiFi. It’s not connecting to the internet. I’ve restarted it several times and it goes right back to this.what’s the issue?

Does it seem like the gateway is rebooting on its own?
Could you please confirm the name of your Internet Service Provider and the speed plan you are currently subscribed to?
