When trying to login to the modem I am getting an Alert Window with the message “Please Login First!”

This happens when using the correct password.   An incorrect password gives the message of Invalid Credentials.

We understand that you are unable to login on the web interphase if you are getting invalid credentials then I would recommend you can do a Factory Reset and try again .

Please follow the steps to complete the Reset : 

1.Please disconnect the coaxial cable from the back of the device.

 

2. At the back of the modem, you will see a small hole, inside that hole there is a button, and that is the reset button, please insert a paper clip and hold it for 35 seconds until all your lights go off,

 

3. Afterwards connect the coax cable back and wait until your device fully boots up.
