hacker shows up on surfboard central but not on any other scans i use..

I have a hacker that’s very persistent and kept trying to sign in but I blocked him with the Fing app..he’s not on multiple scans I use but surfboard central shod he’s online in my network..can he hide himself from scans..need help..
