Breezeline (Atlantic Broadband) are unable to activate the G34 I just got using either the HFC Mac or the WAN Mac numbers listed. They need an actual CM Mac address. Where can I find this?

To set up your new G34 gateway, follow these steps:

  1. Make your previous modem or gateway is unplugged from the coaxial outlet.
  2. Plug the G34 into the coaxial connection.
  3. Wait for the gateway to display a solid blue light, indicating an active connection.
  4. On ARRIS Surfboard cable modems and gateways, the HFC MAC ID (also known as CM MAC ID) will be labeled. This ID is used to activate the device and provide internet service.
