I have an Arris G34 modem. The problem is that I have some Cinnado security cameras that only connect to a 2.4 GHz network. I received three cameras, but I’ve only been able to connect one. I’ve already tried all the possible methods, but the other two won’t connect. I also verified that the cameras are working fine — I used my phone as a hotspot, and they connected there without any problem. So the issue seems to be with my modem’s connection.

Most cameras connect using the 2.4 GHz network, and they typically work best when the 2.4 GHz encryption method is set to medium.

Please refer to the link below for instructions on how to change the encryption method for the 2.4 GHz network:

Once the encryption method has been updated, check whether the printer is able to connect to the 2.4 GHz network.

Make sure your security is set to wpa2/wpa3.

You might also contact the device manufacturer for help setting up their devices.
