I have used 5 different browsers and confirmed that the admin password is correct but continue to get the message “Please Login First!”.  Does anyone know of a fix or work around ?

Sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing after trying 5 different browsers, still getting the same message as “Please Login First”.

Let us try doing a Factory Reset  on the device and login to web manager.

I am having the same issue. If I factory reset the modem, will I not lose all the configuration data (such as SSIDs, Network passwords, Fix IP addresses, etc.) from the modem?


I first tried to power-cycle the router.  I left it unplugged for 10 minutes and after power was restored I was able to get in.
