Identify unknown devices on Surfboard

Also, let us know where exactly you're seeing these unknown devices—are they listed in your app, on the gateway interface?

There is 1 device that is listed as unknown on both the Gateway interface and the app.

I have an ARRIS (G34) - Cable Modem Router Combo - Fast DOCSIS 3.1 Gigabit WiFi 6 (AX3000)

do you use an apple device? And are you using random mac/ip address on it? 

I have a Mac, iphone and ipad and all 3 items are identified on both the app and the Gateway

Apart from your Apple devices, are there any other devices currently connected to the G34? The gateway may not be able to accurately identify certain types of devices on the network, such as TVs, doorbells, and similar smart home equipment.
