I'm having the same, issues as everyone else. 5ghz antenna vanishing, constantly rebooting to fix, etc...and about the last thing I can try is enable bridge mode and have a sidecar nighthawk do it's thing. My hope is the glitch is in the routing portion of the gateway since it's technically online when the G34 craps out.. It's connected to the xfinity network, but not broadcasting..so maybe get it as close to a modem as possible and see if it's better just pushing a public ip without all the routing magic

In this case since you are facing issue on the 5G network only we would suggest you to try changing WIFI channel and that will allow you to stay connected and get proper connectivity please follow the steps mentioned on the article below to change the WIFI channel.
