I purchased the G36 on October 10, 2023 for $276.87. For the last several weeks I have had incredible issues with connectivity. I am an Xfinity customer and there are no issues known or reported in my area so that would tell me it is the modem. This unacceptable for a piece of equipment that I’ve only had a little over a year. I lose connectivity multiple times a day and I’m spending more time resetting/rebooting than I am working. Is anyone else having these issues and can offer any effective solutions? Other than purchasing a new modem that is NOT an Arris.

Do you have a copy of the cable connections page and event logs? That helps check the line connections. Xfinity is great at their first response being “its not our lines. Must be your 3rd party equipment”.
