I have recently purchased a G34 in hopes that I could fix some connectivity issue with my home network. I have installed the device, but I am not sure if my configuration is adequate. Since you are experiencing intermittent internet connections on both the 2.4G and 5G networks, I would suggest changing the Wi-Fi channels and monitoring them for the next 24 hours.

In this case to isolate the issue further could you please help us with few more details
Your current speed plan and is the issue is only on wifi connected device or even with direct connection?
If on wifi, is the issue happening on devices connected to 2.4 or 5G?

My Spectrum app show I have 1 Gig internet although I did request a reduction to 500 Mbps because I continue to have issues.
I have 3 TVs connected through a router via Ethernet cable and they buffer often. Not sure how to test the speed of that connection
my iPhone is connected via 5g and has connectivity issues. Buffering and drops occasionally
my computer is connected via 2.4g and this is where I notice it the most. Video calls have poor connectivity throughout the day and internet drops I believe I notice it more because I m on it for 8-9 hours straight as opposed to shorter periods on my phone
