How do I get support for a gateway I just purchased?

I don’t have the user guide.  Why is the support number not available on the website or the surfboard app????

 

the modem needs to be rebooted every couple of days because the internet connection gradually slows down to being unusable.  Streaming services never launch or the launch and the connection drops every 10 to 15 secs (2 days after last reboot).

 

I’m connected to Xfinity and had them on the phone and at the property.   Signal levels are very good.  After the modem is rebooted services return to normal.
