logged in using the last 8 of the serial number but when it asks for the entire serial number it says it is not correct I have the g36. How do I get past the point

In this case we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned on the below article to access GUI of the modem. Is this your first time accessing modem GUI? or you have surfboard central app?
