I am using a program for internet phone calls, Cisco Jabber, for my work computer and during calls no one can hear me. They are able to hear me through the program Teams, but not Jabber. Do you have any suggestions why changing a modem would make calls not work. (prior modem from Mediacom worked fine)

Since this issue is happening on particular device is the device is connected to modem internet?
Is the issue happening only when using modem internet or even with other connection as well?
