Hello, I set up my Arris G36 in the iOS app.  I had to supply an email address and I used an address with a plus sign (+) in it.  The app accepted the email with no problem.  However, the app is limited and I would like to log into the web UI to configure things.  Unfortunately, when I try to log in with my email and the password supplied in the app, I get the error:

 

Incorrect parameter values: Email Address

 

I have also supplied a screenshot below.  What are my options to fix this issue?  Can I change the email address in the Surfboard app somehow?  Please help as this is a frustrating bug I have run into.  The app should have caught this if it was going to be a problem.

                     This is the email issue because on the email ID you can use only letters, underscore, Dash and Dot. Since the error specify the email address we would suggest you to reset modem then reinstall the surfboard app the setup using different email address and through the app you can access modem interface.
