I recently lost internet connection due to a storm - not the first time it’s happened, but this time my connectivity did not come back up.
I have a G36 surfboard I use in bridge mode with sever eero pods for Wi-Fi around the house. I ended up resting the defaults on the G36 which then showed connectivity, but when I set the G36 back in bridge mode I lose connectivity to my provider (Comcast Xfinity).

G36 is gateway which is the combination of modem and router so when you enable bridge mode on the router then the router will start working as just the cable modem so can provide internet on only one ethernet port other ethernet port will not be working. Make sure you are checking ethernet ports where you can access internet. To check on your case further can you please help us with few details.
