Did the self connect from the app. Still no internet or wi fi. When I log into modem it shows connected. Wi fi is connected, no internet on phone

Did you contact the ISP?

Maybe they need to reprovision it for your service.

 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
