Hello. My DOCSIS 3.1 Wi-Fi Cable Modem, keeps dropping connection randomly. I just bought it yesterday. The modem is a G34, AX3000 WiFi 6 (up to 4Gbps Download Speeds).

 

I tried contacting Live Chat Support so that I could send the Error Log to resolve this issue, but I don’t know where to click.
