I set up the modem and it worked well. I connected my TVs to it. But the connection didn’t reach to the far end of the house, so I set up an eero connected to the modem and then I set one up on the other side of my house. Since then, it has not been working, and any time you’re connected to the wifi, you cannot access anything without it popping up with something for Xfinity

Based on your selected product, G34/G36, could you please confirm your subscribed internet speed plan? Also, instead of connecting through the EERO network, connect directly to the G34/G36 network. After connecting, check if you are automatically redirected to any Xfinity page without taking any action. If this happens, it indicates that the modem has lost internet connectivity from your provider.
