Also received the Xfinity firmware update version 01.05 for my G36 and still experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Internet goes out multiple times a day every few days. Work from home. Reliable service is essential. Purchased the G36 as this was recommended by Xfinity. Constant rebooting is not a viable solution. Arris and Xfinity, please resolve this before you both lose another customer.
Same happening to us and really need Arris or Xfinity to step up and resolve
Hi
New here, has anyone found a solution? Same thing happening to my G34 purchased 2 months ago. Constant reboots daily
This is the latest firmware version. Is there a newer version? My provider is Xfinity.

Since you are experiencing with intermittent internet connection after updating the firmware version, I just want to make sure that you already checked the cable signals and also changing Wi-Fi channels.
If you haven’t tried yet, Find the steps in the below given link:

Also I suggest you to reset the modem once and try to do Re provisioning with ISP since the firmware is updated recently.
Xfinity came out yesterday. He changed out connections since they were no longer used. appear shortly to work but then intermittent issues reappeared. Just completed your recommendations and problems is still there. I understood that Xfinity and Arris is suppose to be working on a solution, i.e. firmware update. Nothing has worked so far. Is there a recall on G34/G36 devices?
