Hi - I just bought and connected my G36 modem. I was able to connect all my devices except my Samsung SMART TV.

My network isn’t even showing up on the list. I tried to add it and it still won’t show up.

Any suggestions?

Apart from the G36's Wi-Fi networks, are you able to see other networks from your neighborhood on the TV?

Most TVs and IoT devices connect to Wi-Fi when the encryption method is set to WPA2-PSK (AES).

By default, the security mode is usually set to WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal (AES). You can change this to WPA2-PSK (AES).

For your reference, please check the link below for steps on how to change the security mode.

Hi I just re-read my note and I need to clarify.

So the G36 network shows up and so do other networks, but I re-named my network and that is not showing up. I have tried to add the re-named network several times and it is never works. So I finally just connect using the original SSID.

I will try your recommendation. Thank you so much
