G34.

When trying to set up my Google nest system I get this notice….

“Network is offline Make sure your wifi router is online and connected to your modem.
If you recently factory reset your wifi router, you'll need to remove your network from the app. In the Home tab, tap the Wifi button. Go to Settings and factory reset your network.

I have factory reset the router numerous times. My signal from Ethernet cable to computer is perfect.
When I contacted me ISP (Spectrum) they told me it appears that my network is turned off.
The nest system was working perfectly a week ago but I was having trouble with bandwidth. That is when I reset the router and have had trouble since. Contacted Google and after hours of assistance told me it was the router.

If you’re using the G34, its a modem/router combo device. The google/tplink would need to be in access point mode or you’re in a double nat. did you check with them?

Is everything else able to connect to the g34?

what “google nest” system is this? So many of their products are “google nest” that saying it as a identifier is like saying a GM car. Which one?

If all other devices are working normally with G34, I would suggest contacting Google Nest support for further assistance.
