Just got off the phone with Comcast and they DOCSIS is red. Even after my reboot. I am still have the same issue.
Could you try to factory reset the modem and check whether any changes on the modem’s behavior.

Also, please check the IPV4 address and WAN IP on GUI web portal (192.168.0.1)
