Last night some of our devices were disconnected from the internet. This morning only my laptop could connect. Restarted router and modem twice each. After restarting, nothing can connect. Xfinity had verified that everything is fine on their end. Network name won’t even show up as an option on any of our devices. 

In this case we would suggest you to check for the modem LED light if that is solid blue you can check for the default WIFI name mentioned on the modem label and connect to the WIFI using the default WIFI password and check the connection if there is no internet please try login to the modem interface or GUI to check the LAN and WAN IP by selecting Gateway> Connection> Status. If the modem light is flashing or changing color then please follow the steps mentioned on the below article to reset modem properly and if still issue persist please reach out to arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
