I bought my G34 September 2023 and it has been working on the Xfinity Network until 2 days ago, it went offline all of a sudden. I have disconnected from power source, tried to reconnect via Xfinity app and it just continues to be offline. I called Xfinity and they were no help, they want to send a technician to my home and charge me. I work from home and internet access is crucial. Please advise what I can do to get my G34 back online with Xfinity Network. Thanks. 

In this case we would suggest you to perform following trouble shooting to isolate the issue first

Check the modem LED light status

Perform a power cycle on the modem for a minute then connect your devices to modem network after modem reboots completely.

If you have devices connected to modem Wi-Fi network without internet you can try accessing modem GUI to check the WAN and LAN IP address of the modem.
