I’ve searched and don’t seem to be any clear way to submit a warranty claim for my G34 Gateway. The support site says to come to here, but then there isn’t any way to start a support chat. All it says it’s available. I had to switch back to my old modem and separate router since the Wi-Fi wasn’t showing any internet connection. No problem connecting to the Wi-Fi, but no internet connection from router to the internet and this is even after factory resetting the G34 Gateway.

It is and I’ve gone to arris.com/consumersupport and there isn’t anywhere to submit a warranty claim. Is my only option to call?
