I’m having similar issues as well however for my case I’m not able to connect any devices to Xfinity . My devices connect just fine to the G 34 but the G 34 will not connect to the Internet. I have had it troubleshoot from Xfinity and they indicate that there is a sufficient signal coming to the house and that the modem is readable, but nothing connects through to it, this is definitely an Arris issue

What is the LED status on your G34 modem?

Do you see your modem showing online on the Xfinity app

Do you have any device connected to your modem Wi-Fi network?
