No internet on G34

Solid blue light, able to log into Wi-Fi but says no internet. 
 

internet provider confirms my modem is online. 
 

accessed the gateway summary, connection, WAN shows an active IP address. 


please assist.

Since you are experiencing with slow speed, could you let me know whether the issue is with wired or wireless connection.

If it's with both, I would suggest checking the cable signals to make sure all the signals are in range.

If you are experiencing slow speed only with Wi-Fi, I would suggest changing the Wi-Fi channels and monitoring it for 24 hours.

In this case could you please help us with the WAN IP address of the modem. 

what are the devices you are trying to check with the wifi network.

also help us with the name of the service provider.

I got the same issue. I’m with spectrum . I pay for 1gig but speed tests at 150 download. Says I’m not online but I am online according to my iPhone 14 that’s updated. WAN IP is [edit: removed personal information]
