Trying to return my modem/router to Verizon and purchased the G36 because it has the coaxial cable connection.  Setup went OK and connected phone and ring door bell and nest thermostat.  But within a few minutes nothing is working.  Tried computer and it says no internet, secured.  Any ideas? Thanks 

In this case we would suggest you to try changing WIFI channel and change WIFI security mode on the interface then restart the modem for a minute after modem reboots completely you can try accessing device. please follow the steps mentioned below to configure the setup

Login to the modem interface and then Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit Home 2.4 GHz > Security mode- WPAWPA2-PSK(TKIP/AES) >  save settings to change the security mode
