Not compatible with Cox - G34

Purchased surfboard ax 3000. Having issues with cox service. Internet freezes, loads, disconnects. Cox support told me this modem is not compatible with cox panaoramic WiFi

Looks like their Panoramic wifi is their own version of mesh. Its only compatible with their panoramic gateway. nothing arris can do about that.

AX3000 is a speed, not a model. What model did you buy? 

If its the G36, that is compatible with cox. Maybe not their “panoramic wifi” whatever that is. But it does work with their service

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
