Looks like their Panoramic wifi is their own version of mesh. Its only compatible with their panoramic gateway. nothing arris can do about that.

AX3000 is a speed, not a model. What model did you buy?
If its the G36, that is compatible with cox. Maybe not their “panoramic wifi” whatever that is. But it does work with their service
