I have used the same email address for 25 yrs! So, it will not send me a way to set username, password or ANYTHING! I really do not want to do factory reset . How do I get the dang arris page on my pc so I can just do what I have always done. WHY after all this time does my email NOT exist! I just installed this modem 3 months ago!!email me at (Edited personal information) ASAP for help!!

o to arris. 192.168.0.1 and the whole modem for my wifi comes up, Not anymore!Cannot get into it. I have the appo on my phone but none of the usernames, passwords i KNOW i set work and my ONLY email is said to be incorrect!
