So I have a 1GIG service from Spectrum, I was getting 900Meg down all the time with the Spectrum Modem. I switched to a G36 because its is a combined gateway and now I get 70meg. zthe ISP tells me since I changed the modem out they cannot help me.
Sounds real fishey. It is linked up DOCIS 3.1 and I do not see any errors. Is there some tcp setting or something to kick start this modem
