Hi I have a Arris G34 the light is orange and it's like they aren't any internet coming into my house. None of my devices will pick the modem up. I have tried unplugging and a 30-30-30 rest nothing works. I bought this back in May of 2023 what is wrong with my modem? Plz help!

If its not booting, you’d have to go through arris for support RMA
