Upgraded to windows 11.

Now password not accepted.

multiple machines.

win11 and linux OSs

No happy happy

If you are trying to connect to Wi-Fi, please use the default password provided on the bottom of the device, unless you have changed it. If you have updated the Wi-Fi credentials, kindly verify the password and try connecting again.

Password was changed from default.

When password is entered: “Please log in first” dialog box displays

If wrong password is entered: “ Invalid Login Credentials!” dialog box displays.

So, there is a difference between correct PW and wrong PW,

but neither produces entry...

If your customized password is not working when logging into the interface page, please double-check the password you created. If you are using the Surfboard Central app and have completed the setup, the app will generate the password required to access the interface.

If you have forgotten the interface password or your customized password is not working, you will need to perform a factory reset. This will restore the modem to its default settings, allowing you to log in to the interface and create a new password.
